Once you have set your branding up for your documents - you can now duplicate the same branding for each user who can then add their own details such as name and email.

Simply select your brand. (if no brand create one it's easy, go to) https://pleasesign.com.au/email-template-branding

Click on actions, select duplicate, give the new brand the new user's name, (easier to find when you want to add in manage users) enter new users' email, phone number etc and click create.
You're done. Go to manage users, find John Monash, click on the brand, click on his brand, you can even add him to an access group(s) while you're there, and click save and done!
