The Enterprise & API plan is designed for large organizations needing scalability and integrations. It includes unlimited sends, unlimited users, advanced security (SSO), and developer tools such as API keys, Webhooks, and Zapier connection. Pricing is available on request.

A “send” (also called an envelope) can include 1–20 documents, up to 200 pages total, or a combined file size of 20MB. Up to 20 recipients can sign in a single envelope.

Your account will simply become inactive unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan. You’ll only be charged if you subscribe.

Yes. Entrepreneur, Business, and Business Pro plans have monthly send quotas per user. You can add extra licenses to increase quotas, and our team can also extend send size limits on request — just contact support.

For Entrepreneur, Business, and Business Pro plans, quotas reset at the end of each monthly billing cycle and unused sends don’t roll over. Our Enterprise in Advance plan allows you to pre-purchase an annual quota, which resets once per year instead of monthly.

All plans are billed by credit card. Enterprise customers can also arrange annual billing.

The SMS feature is available on all plans, but credits need to be pre-purchased separately. You can buy them in blocks of 250 or 500, and Enterprise customers can arrange custom SMS billing.

Each license is for a single user. If you need more users, you can purchase additional licenses. Enterprise plans allow unlimited users.

Enterprise & API customers enjoy unlimited sends, unlimited users, API access, single sign-on (SSO), webhooks, Zapier integration, advanced support, and custom billing.
