Electronic Signature Disclosure

Outlined below are the terms and conditions that highlight how PleaseSign provides you with certain notices and disclosures electronically through the PleaseSign Service. Please read the information carefully and if you can access this information and agree to continue doing business electronically, confirm your agreement by clicking Proceed which will be located next to the link you used to access this page from the PleaseSign Service.

Receiving paper copies

You may request a paper copy of any document provided to you electronically by PleaseSign at any time. When receiving a document to sign electronically, you will have the option to download and print the document through the tools made available by your web browser. At the time of completion, you will be emailed a copy of the document which you can also use to download and print a copy. By creating a paid subscription or Free Trial account on the PleaseSign Service using the same email address that was used to receive electronic notices, you may also download and print a copy. Any paper copies you request to be sent by way of postal service, will incur a $3.00 per-page fee.

Withdrawing consent

If you agree to continue to do business electronically and to receive certain notices and disclosures electronically through the PleaseSign Service, you may change your mind at any time by sending an email to support@pleasesign.com.au. If you opt to only receive certain notices and disclosures in paper format, you will delay the time it takes to complete a document as we will be required to obtain acknowledgement and receipt of certain notices and disclosures sent to you by way of postal service.

Furthermore, you will no longer have access to the PleaseSign Service, as use of such requires your acknowledgement that certain notices and disclosures be sent to you electronically in order to operate.

Default way of communicating

Unless you withdraw your consent in accordance to the procedures outlined in this policy, we may provide you with certain notices and disclosures electronically and/or on the pleasesign.com.au website. We will provide all of the required notices and disclosures to you by way of email or sms using the information that you have given us, or that a user of the PleaseSign Service has provided for you.

Users of the PleaseSign Service may provide information about you which we will only use to send you certain notices and disclosures electronically, to identify exactly what sort of information we capture, what we do with that information and your rights and choices please read our Privacy Policy.

Acknowledgement

To confirm your acknowledgement and consent to receive certain notices and disclosures electronically through the PleaseSign Service, please confirm that you have read and understand the information presented to you in this policy. Furthermore, please confirm that you are able to print and save a copy of this policy through the tools made available by your web browser, for your future reference.
