Frequently asked questions

Can I have multiple senders?

Multiple senders start on the Business plan at the advertised price per month, per user. For larger organisations, we recommend contacting us for a quota on a tailored plan designed to meet your exact requirements.

What if I send more than one pdf?

Before a document is dispatched, PleaseSign combines all pdf files that have been uploaded into one file based on the order you provide. This will only counts as 1 document towards your quota.

What happens to my documents after I cancel?

Unlike other providers that revoke your access after your subscription ends, PleaseSign provides you lifetime access to your documents at absolutely no cost.

What counts as a document?

Your document quota is deducted the first time you send a document for digital signing. Sending reminder emails after the initial email do not affect your quota.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Your subscription can be cancelled at any time through the PleaseSign online portal without prejudice. No need to get in touch with a support agent, subscriptions can be entirely self managed.

What if I'm unsure how many documents I might send a month/year?
